この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、imgpress.decoy284.net で提供されるWebベースの画像一括処理ツール「ImgPress」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスにアクセスまたは利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービスの概要

ImgPress は、ブラウザ上で画像のリサイズ・圧縮・リネーム・ZIP出力を一括で行う Web アプリケーションです。無料機能と有料（Pro）機能を提供しています。すべての画像処理は利用者のブラウザ内で完結し、画像データが当方のサーバーに送信されることはありません。

2. アカウントと認証

一部の機能を利用するにはGoogleアカウントでのサインインが必要です。サインインすることにより、Googleからお名前、メールアドレス、プロフィール画像を取得することを承認したものとします。Googleアカウントのセキュリティ管理はご自身の責任で行ってください。

3. 運営者

本サービスは個人開発者 小出悠太郎 により提供されています。お問い合わせは decoy284@gmail.com までお願いします。

4. Proライセンス

3.1 購入

Proライセンスは、Stripeを通じた「¥500（税込）」の買い切り型です。決済完了後、Proライセンスは即座に有効化されます。

3.2 ライセンス条件

• Proライセンスは譲渡不可であり、購入時に使用されたアカウントに紐付けられます。
• ライセンスにより、本サービスが存続する限りPro機能をご利用いただけます。
• 当方はPro機能を随時変更する権利を留保しますが、購入時点で存在していたコア機能を削除することはありません。

3.3 返金ポリシー

Proライセンスは即時提供されるデジタル商品であるため、原則として返金には対応しておりません。ただし、正当な理由がある場合は、購入後14日以内に decoy284@gmail.com までご連絡いただければ、個別に対応いたします。

5. 禁止事項

本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します。

• 違法な目的での利用、または適用される法令に違反する利用。
• 本サービスの一部または全部のリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル。
• 本サービスまたはそのインフラへの妨害・干渉。
• Proライセンスの共有、転売、再配布。
• 第三者の権利を侵害する画像の処理に本サービスを利用する行為。

6. 知的財産

本サービスのデザイン、コード、ブランディングを含む一切の知的財産は運営者に帰属します。本サービスを使用して処理した画像はお客様に帰属します。処理するコンテンツが第三者の知的財産権を侵害しないよう、ご自身の責任でご確認ください。

7. 免責事項・責任の制限

本サービスは「現状のまま」かつ「利用可能な限り」で提供され、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。法律で許容される最大限の範囲において:

• 本サービスの利用に起因する間接損害、偶発的損害、特別損害、結果的損害、懲罰的損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
• 本サービスに関連するいかなる請求においても、当方の責任総額は¥500を上限とします。
• お使いの端末にローカル保存されたデータ（localStorage）の損失について、当方は責任を負いません。

8. サービスの可用性

当方は本サービスの継続的な提供に努めますが、中断なくアクセスできることを保証するものではありません。メンテナンス、アップデート、または当方の管理が及ばない事情により、一時的にご利用いただけない場合があります。

9. 利用の終了

本規約に違反した場合、当方はいつでもお客様の本サービスへのアクセスを停止または終了する権利を留保します。お客様はいつでも本サービスの利用を中止できます。

10. 規約の変更

当方は本規約を随時更新することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本サービス上にて通知いたします。変更後も本サービスの利用を継続した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

11. 準拠法および管轄裁判所

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。本規約に起因する紛争については、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of "ImgPress," a browser-based batch image processing tool available at imgpress.decoy284.net (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of the Service

ImgPress is a web application that lets you resize, compress, rename, and export images as a ZIP file, all within your browser. Both free and paid (Pro) features are available. All image processing is performed entirely within your browser — image data is never sent to our servers.

2. Account and Authentication

Some features require signing in with a Google account. By signing in, you authorize us to receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

3. Operator

4. Pro License

3.1 Purchase

The Pro license is a one-time purchase of ¥500 (tax included), processed through Stripe. Your Pro license is activated immediately upon successful payment.

3.2 License Terms

• The Pro license is non-transferable and is tied to the account used at the time of purchase.
• The license grants you access to Pro features for as long as the Service remains available.
• We reserve the right to modify Pro features at any time, but will not remove core features that existed at the time of your purchase.

3.3 Refund Policy

Because the Pro license is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are not generally offered. However, if you have a legitimate reason, please contact decoy284@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure.
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the Pro license.
• Using the Service to process images that infringe on the rights of third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service, including its design, code, and branding, belongs to the operator. Images you process using the Service remain your property. You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you process does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability in connection with the Service shall not exceed ¥500.
• We are not liable for any loss of data stored locally on your device (localStorage).

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service continuously available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
